Delivery Days

We currently deliver orders every Sunday only. Orders placed during the week will be scheduled for the next available Sunday delivery.

Delivery Area

We only deliver within the Dubai area. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery outside Dubai.

Order Cut-off Time

To ensure your order is included in the upcoming Sunday delivery, please place your order before Sunday. Orders received after this cut-off will be scheduled for delivery the following Sunday.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on your location within Dubai. The applicable delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Guidelines

  • All deliveries are made to the address specified at checkout. Please ensure that the provided address is accurate and accessible during delivery hours.
  • Deliveries are conducted all day on Sundays.
  • A confirmation email or text message will be sent prior to delivery to inform you of the estimated delivery time.

Missed Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, lack of access, or no one being available to receive the package, we will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, your order may be canceled, and a redelivery fee may apply for rescheduling.

Frozen Food Handling

As we specialize in frozen products, we recommend that you are available to receive your delivery promptly to ensure the quality and safety of the items. Please transfer the products to a freezer immediately upon receipt.
